Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ion7, including its website, app-building agent, project workspaces, previews, publishing tools, and related services. By creating an account or using ion7, you agree to these terms. If you use ion7 for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use ion7. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify ion7 promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not share access in a way that avoids plan limits, impersonate another person, or use an account you are not authorized to use.

The service

ion7 turns your instructions into software projects. It may generate or modify source files, compile applications, create previews, publish applications, connect supported third-party services, and maintain project history. Features may change as the service develops.

Generated software can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and determining whether a project is suitable for your intended use before relying on or publishing it. ion7 is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice.

Your projects and instructions

You retain your rights in the prompts, files, data, and other material you submit to ion7. As between you and ion7, you may use the source files generated for your projects, subject to rights in third-party materials and the licenses that apply to them.

You grant ion7 a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, modify, compile, and display your submitted material only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service. This license ends when the material is deleted, except for copies retained for security, legal, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit, connect, publish, or ask ion7 to process.

Acceptable use

You may not use ion7, or help anyone else use ion7, to:

• break the law or violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
• create, distribute, or facilitate malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, exploitation, or harmful code;
• access accounts, systems, or data without authorization, or bypass security, usage limits, or access controls;
• publish unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or deceptive material;
• interfere with the service, overload its infrastructure, scrape it at unreasonable volume, or reverse engineer non-public parts of it except where the law expressly permits; or
• misrepresent generated output as verified, safe, or endorsed by ion7.

Plans, credits, and payment

Paid plans, usage credits, project limits, and other plan features are described on the pricing and account pages. Prices are shown before purchase and may change prospectively. Taxes may be added where required. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until canceled. You may cancel through the account billing controls; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, completed payments and used credits are non-refundable.

Credits measure service usage and are not money, property, or a stored-value account. They cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash. Promotional or plan credits may expire or reset as described when issued.

Publishing and third-party services

Publishing makes your application available at a public address. You are responsible for the content, behavior, legal notices, security, and users of an application you publish. Remove sensitive information before publishing.

ion7 may rely on or connect to third-party services such as identity providers, payment processors, hosting providers, source-control platforms, and AI model providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. ion7 is not responsible for third-party services or for changes, outages, or actions outside ion7’s control.

ion7 materials

The ion7 service, brand, interface, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by ion7 or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of ion7’s materials or technology.

Feedback is voluntary. If you provide suggestions about ion7, you permit ion7 to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using ion7 at any time. ion7 may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment, or enforce these terms. When practical, ion7 will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms—remain in effect.

Service availability and disclaimers

ion7 is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ion7 disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty that generated output will be accurate, secure, error-free, or fit for production.

ion7 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of every project version, or compatibility with every browser, dependency, provider, or external service. Keep independent copies of material you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ion7 and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ion7’s total liability for all claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ion7 during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify ion7 and its personnel against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your projects, published applications, submitted material, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Changes and general terms

ion7 may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or risk. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Continuing to use ion7 after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the service unless another written agreement applies. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without ion7’s consent; ion7 may assign them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where ion7 operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live remain unaffected.
